• We take care of all of the day-of wedding logistics to make sure everything goes smoothly while you stay stress-free!

• 1 hour in-person (video chat depending on location) meeting prior to event to get to know you, your vision, and details + a site visit to the venue to further discuss what you envision

• Review contracts and become point of contact for all contracted vendors

• Create day-of timeline (arrivals, set-up, clean-up, etc.)

• Attend & coordinate rehearsal to make sure your special day is seamless

• Includes up to 12 hours of service on your wedding day

• Coordinate & supervise arrival, set-up, & clean-up of all vendors

• Bride emergency kit (we got you!)

• Set-up personal decorations at ceremony and reception (guest book, place cards, favors, etc.)

• Any other assistance that may come up on your wedding day!
